About the position
As a production employee in Waddinxveen, you play a vital role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly. Working in a clean and organized environment, you’ll contribute to creating, packaging, and preparing our beloved products for shipment. With your proactive attitude and attention to detail, you’ll help maintain the high standards our customers expect. Your responsibilities include:- Operating production machines to ensure efficient and smooth processes.
- Replenishing materials and ingredients to keep production lines running without interruptions.
- Packaging products according to quality standards.
- Identifying and reporting minor malfunctions to colleagues or the technical team.
- Collaborating with your team to maintain a positive and productive work atmosphere.

- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- A full-time role of 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and reliable production worker.
- Physically fit: comfortable with lifting and standing for long periods.
- Enjoy working at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy.
- Experience in production is a plus, but not required.
- Own transportation to the location (bike or car).
