About the position
As a production employee at Uniekaas, you will play a vital role in ensuring our delicious cheeses are perfectly packaged and ready for distribution. Working in a dynamic team environment, you’ll contribute to maintaining a smooth production process while adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, as you’ll be handling cheese blocks of up to 15 kg and working in a 2- or 3-shift system.
What You Will Do:
- Package: carefully pack cheese products according to quality standards.
- Maintain: keep your workstation clean and perform regular quality checks.
- Collaborate: work closely with your teammates to ensure an efficient production process.
- Ensure: uphold hygiene and safety standards in the workplace.
- Adapt: work in rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights.
- Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
- Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00
- Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00

- Hourly salary between €16.31 and €22.83, including allowances.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- Flexible working hours: part-time (minimum 3 days) or full-time.
- Shift allowances: 130% (18:00–22:00) and 140% (22:00–07:00).
- 8% holiday allowance and 24 vacation days in your flex budget.
- Travel reimbursement starting from 10 km.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a reliable and motivated production employee who thrives in a dynamic team environment and values precision and teamwork.
- Comfortable handling cheese blocks weighing up to 15 kg.
- Reside near Kaatsheuvel and commute independently to work.
- Fluent in Dutch and/or English at B2+ level.
- Willing to work in 2- or 3-shift schedules.
- Available at least 3 days per week for various shifts.
