Production worker in shifts

As a production worker, you will contribute to the smooth running of the production process at Rockwool. You will work in shifts, which means you need to be flexible and ready to work both weekdays and weekends. Your main challenges will be operating various production machines and keeping your workspace clean. Forklift experience is a plus, but not required, as we provide training.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain: your workspace and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Operate: different types of production machines.
• Perform: actions that support the production process.
• Communicate: with colleagues and team leaders to discuss progress.
• Work: with forklifts in certain areas, if you have a forklift certificate.

• Competitive hourly wage from €14.57 to €16.66, with additional shift allowances.
• Shift premiums: 100% mornings, 125% afternoons, 135% nights, 157% weekends.
• Temporary to permanent contract, offering job stability.
• Flexible work hours between 24 to 40 per week, with self-scheduling freedom.
• Guaranteed minimum of 96 working hours every four weeks.

We are seeking a motivated production worker with an affinity for manufacturing and shift work.

• Motivation, reliability, and a focus on safety
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to perform cleaning tasks
• Forklift experience is an advantage
• Good communication skills in Dutch, English, or German
• Able to perform physical work.
