About the position
As a reachtruckchauffeur at FrieslandCampina in Leerdam, you play a vital role in ensuring our logistics run smoothly. Working in a modern and clean environment, you’ll use your expertise to handle goods with precision, contributing to the delivery of our high-quality cheeses to consumers worldwide. With a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork, you’ll navigate daily challenges while helping to maintain an organized warehouse.
What You Will Do:
- Operate: the reachtruck to safely and efficiently move goods to their designated locations.
- Inspect: the reachtruck daily for safety and report any irregularities.
- Maintain: a clean, organized, and well-structured warehouse environment.
- Collaborate: closely with colleagues to address logistical challenges and achieve team goals.
- Identify: opportunities for process improvement and suggest ideas to optimize workflows.
- 07:00 – 15:00
- 15:00 – 23:00 (Friday until 22:30)
- 23:00 – 07:00

- Gross monthly salary of approximately €3,200, including shift allowance.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role of 36 hours per week in a 3-shift system.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
- 5% year-end bonus and 8.33% holiday allowance.
