About the position
As an Operator Trainee, you will contribute to ensuring a smooth production process at our modern facility in Zevenaar. Working within a team, you’ll play a hands-on role in packaging and processing our snacks while developing your technical skills. This position offers you the opportunity to grow into an operator role, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and innovative environment. With your technical insight and eagerness to learn, you’ll help maintain efficiency and quality in every step of the process. Workshifts; 6.00 -14.00 and 14.00 - 22.00 from Monday until Friday.
What You Will Do:
- Packaging snacks: ensuring products are neatly and correctly packed for transport.
- Refilling ingredients: keeping the machines running by adding the necessary raw materials.
- Resolving minor issues: addressing small technical problems independently without needing immediate assistance from a technician.
- Improving processes: contributing to a safe and efficient production environment through your proactive approach.
- Participating in training: enhancing your skills through internal courses to prepare for a full operator role.

- € 18,75 gross a hour, including allowances and ADV.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 32 hours.
- Paid breaks
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.

- Weekly or 4-weeks payment.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled team player eager to grow in a dynamic production environment.
- MBO 1/2 level in technology or logistics
- Technically inclined and comfortable working with machinery
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Knowledge of the Dutch language is required
- Fysical: stay, walking or lift.
