About the position
As a warehouse employee at UPS Venlo, you will contribute to ensuring that our logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently. Working with (medical) products, you’ll play a key role in processing and shipping items safely, accurately, and on time. Using tools like electric pallet trucks, barcode scanners, and systems such as SAP and WMS, you’ll be part of a dynamic team where precision and collaboration are essential. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and values teamwork.
What You Will Do:
- Inspecting: performing quality checks on incoming goods to ensure they meet required standards.
- Processing orders: picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment with attention to detail.
- Registering: accurately recording incoming and outgoing goods in the system.
- Loading and unloading: operating electric pallet trucks and barcode scanners to handle goods efficiently.
- Collaborating: contributing to a positive and inclusive team atmosphere in a diverse work environment.

- Hourly salary: €14.80 - €15.40 gross.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent role.
- Work schedule: 32-40 hours per week.
- 25% evening allowance after 19:00.
- Travel reimbursement up to €9.47 per day.
- 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated team player to support seamless logistics operations.
- MBO 1 diploma or equivalent education level.
- Willingness to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
- Experience in healthcare or logistics is a plus.
- Available to work in day shifts.
- Comfortable using electric pallet trucks and barcode scanners.
