About the position
As a logistics medewerker at UPS in Roermond, you will contribute to ensuring that our logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will play an important role in handling (medical) products with care, precision, and timeliness in a dynamic environment where teamwork and attention to detail are key. Using tools like electric pallet trucks, barcode scanners, and systems such as SAP and WMS, you’ll help maintain the high standards our clients expect.
What You Will Do:
- Inspecting: checking incoming goods and performing quality controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Processing orders: picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment with a focus on precision and timeliness.
- Registering: accurately recording incoming and outgoing goods in the system to maintain up-to-date inventory records.
- Loading and unloading: operating electric pallet trucks and barcode scanners to handle goods efficiently.
- Collaborating: fostering a positive and inclusive team environment while working with a diverse group of colleagues.

- Salary: €14.80 - €15.40 gross per hour.
- Contract: Temporary with the prospect of permanent employment.
- Working hours: 32-40 hours per week.
- 25% shift allowance after 19:00.
- Travel allowance up to €9.47 per day.

- MBO 1 diploma or equivalent educational level.
- Experience in healthcare or logistics is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a 2- or 3-shift schedule, consisting of day shifts only.
- Proficiency with electric pallet trucks and barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
