About the position
As a Logistics Employee, you play an important role within the logistics process. Together with a team of approximately 20 colleagues, you make sure everything runs efficiently — from incoming goods to outgoing shipments. You work with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency, while also thinking along about process improvements.
You will start in a day shift schedule (07:30 - 16:15), but during certain periods this will change to a 2-shift system (06:00 - 14:30 and 14:30 - 23:00).
Your main tasks include:- Picking, packing, and preparing customer and internal orders for shipment
- Receiving, inspecting, and administratively processing incoming goods
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Handling internal transport with forklifts, EPTs, and possibly reach trucks
- Order picking using packing lists and digital systems
- Performing inventory counts on a regular basis
- Reporting damages, deviations, or unsafe situations and suggesting improvements
- Working together with other departments to ensure deadlines are met and processes continue smoothly
What we offer
- A gross monthly salary between €3,570 and €3,650 (including shift allowance), based on a 40-hour workweek
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer
- A full-time position starting in day shifts, followed by a 2-shift schedule in the near future

Job Requirements
- MBO-level education and experience in logistics
- Full-time availability and preferably able to start on short notice
- Experience with forklifts and EPTs; reach truck experience is an advantage
- A valid forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Good command of English, both spoken and written (Dutch is a plus)
