About the position
As a Parcel Sorter at GLS Enschede, you will help keep our logistics process running smoothly. You’ll handle packages efficiently, work closely with your team, and contribute to a safe and organized environment. This is an active role that requires attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a hands-on approach.
Your Responsibilities:
- Order picking: accurately collect, sort, and process packages to ensure timely delivery
- Loading and unloading: safely load and unload trucks to keep operations running smoothly
- Team briefings: join short daily discussions to coordinate tasks
- Safety: follow guidelines and use protective gear
- Support: help keep the warehouse clean and organized
What we offer
At GLS Enschede, we offer a flexible and accessible work environment that fits perfectly with part-time availability. You can expect:
- Gross hourly wage: €14.80
- Flexible working hours: 3 to 15 hours per week
- Morning shifts: 05:00 – 08:30
- Afternoon/evening shifts: Monday & Tuesday 16:00 – 19:00, Wednesday – Friday 17:30 – 20:30
- 8% holiday allowance and travel reimbursement of €0.23 per km

Job Requirements

- You speak Dutch or English.
- You are physically able to perform heavier tasks.
- You are reliable, proactive, and motivated.
- You are available for the specified morning and/or afternoon shifts.
- You have an interest in logistics and enjoy working in a team.
- You are comfortable working in a cooler environment.
