About the position
As a warehouse worker (picking & shipping) in Venlo, you will contribute to ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently. Working in a dynamic environment, you’ll handle high-tech products with care and precision. Your role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and teamwork to meet daily goals and maintain the high standards our clients expect.
What You Will Do:
- Picking: using an EPT and hand scanner to collect orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing: moving and organizing goods for shipment to ensure timely deliveries.
- Checking: verifying orders and stock levels to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Collaborating: working closely with your team to keep operations seamless and productive.
- Maintaining: contributing to a safe and organized warehouse environment.

- Gross hourly salary of €14.40
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position
- Full-time role (40 hours per week)
- Day shifts from 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
- Travel allowance of €11.50 per day
- Opportunity to obtain forklift and reach truck certification
- 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance
Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and reliable warehouse worker who thrives in a dynamic team environment and values precision and efficiency.
- Experience in order picking is required.
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
- Proficiency in Dutch or English.
- Willingness to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
- MBO 1 education level or equivalent experience.
