About the position
Your key tasks will include:
- Gathering and preparing production guide cards;
- Printing and organizing technical drawings;
- Uploading documents and digital files;
- Filing and archiving bills of materials and order documentation;
- Supporting order picking activities during peak periods.
What we offer
- Gross monthly salary between €3.570 and €3.650 (based on 40 hours including shift allowance);
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer;
- Full-time role in a 2-shift schedule (06:00 – 14:30 & 14:30 – 23:00) and when required in day shift (07:30 – 16:15);
- An informal but professional and supportive work atmosphere;
- Clear onboarding process and guidance from the start.
Job Requirements
- Experience with administrative work in a logistics department;
- Full-time availability on short notice;
- Good computer knowledge and experience with MS Office;
- Forklift and EPT experience is considered an advantage;
- Own housing and transportation;
- Able to work independently and accurately;
- Good English communication skills (Dutch is an advantage).
