As an assembly employee at ATAG Heating, you play an important role in the assembly team of central heating boilers and different parts of it. With your colleagues you make sure the boilers are efficiently and accurately assembled.

Each day you start at one of the workstations. You will then be provided a list with all the parts needed to assemble the specific part of the heating boiler. When following the list you will be able to assemble the boiler step by step.

With your eye for details you work with care to make sure that every central heating boiler is of high quality. After every complete assembly at your station the boiler will go to the next workstation and you will start again.
Important to know is that each task needs to be completed within a certain time. Do not worry as this period of time is based on the workload and how many people are working on the boilers to ensure everybody can get their work done within the given time.

Your buddy who will be right next to the first few days will make sure you are ready to eventually do it all on your own. Are you finished within the given time? Great! Take an extra deep breath and wait for the clock to start ticking again and begin assembling.

ATAG Heating realizes that because of this way of working it’s very important to make sure our new employees get a great start. We do this by offering a personal one to one process. An experienced colleague will guide you well during the first few days and give you all the necessary information and instructions. This will help you become familiar with the work and eventually perform your tasks independently.

• A start salary of hourly wage € 14,89 gross, after 26 working weeks € 16,69 gross
• A travel allowance of € 0,23 per kilometer (2-way, retour) for one-way travel distances of 10 KM or more;
• Part-time and full-time possibilities;
• Working hours from 07:10 am to 16:00 pm, without shifts;
• A personal 1-on-1 induction program;
• Free fruit available;
• Daily fresh lunches for a small fee;
• The possibility of long-term employment based on performance.

• Available for at least 3 days a week;
• Good knowledge of the Dutch or English language, German is a plus;
• You want to learn and are curious;
• Physically fit enough to stand most of your shift.
