About the position
Are you ready to play a key role in crafting the world’s most delicious confectionery? As an operator confectionery production, you’ll be at the heart of our production process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Working in a 3-shift system, you’ll contribute to creating high-quality sweets enjoyed by people worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include:- Setting up, monitoring, and adjusting machines to ensure optimal production.
- Preparing, converting, starting up, and fine-tuning production lines for smooth operations.
- Troubleshooting minor malfunctions and reporting larger technical issues to the maintenance team.
- Supplying materials to keep production lines running without interruptions.
- Recording data, measuring, and weighing products according to company guidelines.
What we offer
- A gross monthly salary between €2,728 and €3,000, excluding a 34% shift
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role with 32 to 40 hours per week in a 3-shift schedule.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer and a pension plan starting from your first working day.
- 25 vacation days, holiday pay accrual, and a supportive team environment.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a proactive and skilled operator with a passion for the food industry to join our confectionery production team.
- Experience in food production or industrial bakery operations.
- Proficiency in Dutch or English communication.
- Motivated, eager to learn, and hands-on approach.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills.
- Available to work in a 3-shift rotation schedule.
