About the position
As an Industrial Blaster, you play a key role in ensuring the quality and durability of metal products that meet our clients’ high standards. You will work with precision on complex metal conservation techniques, including grit-corundum blasting and schoopering, while adapting to shift work and collaborating closely with your team to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal surfaces to ensure they meet quality and durability standards
- Operate the blasting line and related equipment accurately to maintain production flow
- Apply schoopering techniques to enhance rust resistance and product lifespan
- Conduct quality inspections to guarantee client satisfaction
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient workplace

Job Requirements
We are seeking a precise and collaborative Industrial Blaster to strengthen our metal conservation processes.
- Experience in metal conservation and grit-corundum blasting
- Knowledge of schoopering techniques is a plus
- Experience with overhead crane operation preferred
- Fluent in Dutch and/or English
- Willingness to work in shift schedules
