About the position
As a Cleanroom Operator within the preparation team, you play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products. You will work in a high-tech environment where precision and accuracy are essential. You support the assembly team by ensuring that all parts and components meet the highest quality standards. This role requires strict adherence to procedures, while also actively contributing to process improvements.

- Inspection: Receive and inspect incoming parts and components for quality and completeness.
- Cleaning: Carefully clean and dry parts using ultrasonic baths.
- Processing: Remove weld discoloration (heat tint) from metal parts and clean process containers used for internal transport.
- Packaging: Accurately package finished products and prepare shipping documentation.
- Reporting: Mark products as ready and transfer them to the logistics team while strictly following quality procedures.

- Salary between €3,450 and €3,571 gross per month
- A permanent contract with a growing high-tech company
- Full-time position (38–40 hours per week)
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer

Job Requirements
We are looking for a precise and motivated Cleanroom Operator who enjoys working in a high-tech environment and follows procedures carefully:
- Full-time availability and willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule
- Basic technical experience and ability to use simple tools
- Ability to read technical drawings is a plus
- Basic computer and software skills
- Experience in a cleanroom or high-tech environment is an advantage
- Good command of Dutch or English
- Own transportation and housing available
