About the position
As an Industrial Spray Painter, you play a key role in protecting and preserving metal products within our modern production facility in Wijchen. Your work directly contributes to the durability, appearance, and quality of the finished products.
Working alongside a team of approximately 20 experienced colleagues, you will use your technical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality to ensure every project meets the highest standards. In this role, craftsmanship, teamwork, and precision are highly valued.
- Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning and readying them for treatment and coating;
- Apply high-quality protective coatings to ensure a durable and consistent finish;
- Perform quality inspections to verify that all specifications and standards are met;
- Maintain spray painting equipment and tools in good working condition;
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve production targets and maintain a safe and efficient workplace.

- Gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €3,700 (including shift allowance);
- Prospect of a permanent contract and long-term employment;
- Full-time position based on a 40-hour workweek;

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in metal conservation and grit/corundum blasting;
- Knowledge of the schoopering process, which is considered a strong advantage;
- Good communication skills in English or German; Dutch is a plus;
- Your own accommodation and reliable transportation;
- Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule;
- A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
