As a logistics employee, you play an essential role in keeping the logistics operation running smoothly. Together with approximately 15 colleagues, you are responsible for the complete process — from goods receipt to final shipment — ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy.

Your main tasks include:

  • Picking, packing, and preparing customer and internal orders for dispatch;
  • Receiving and administratively processing incoming goods;
  • Loading and unloading trucks;
  • Managing internal transport using forklifts, EPTs, and possibly reach trucks;
  • Order picking based on packing slips and digital systems;
  • Performing regular inventory counts;
  • Reporting damages, shortages, or unsafe situations and suggesting improvements;
  • Cooperating with other departments to optimize processes and meet delivery deadlines;
  • Carrying out general warehouse duties such as cleaning, recycling, and maintaining equipment.

What we offer

  • A gross monthly salary between €3,050 and €3,150 (based on 40 hours);
  • 25 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance,
  • €0.23/km travel allowance;
  • Full-time day shift (7:30 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.);

Job Requirements

We are looking for a hands-on team player who combines responsibility with accuracy.
  • MBO level of working and thinking, preferably in logistics;
  • Full-time daytime availability (short-term availability is a plus);
  • Experience with forklift and EPT (reach truck experience is an advantage);
  • A valid forklift certificate is preferred;
  • Reliable and motivated attitude;
  • Own accommodation and transport;
  • Independent and precise working style;
  • Basic computer knowledge;
  • Good command of English (Dutch is a plus).
