English Speaking Operator

As an Operator, you will contribute to our dynamic production environment, ensuring the seamless creation of high-quality EPS products. You'll face the exciting challenge of optimizing our processes while maintaining the highest safety and cleanliness standards. We're looking for someone with a Vapro A level or equivalent technical education, flexibility in task management, and the ability to independently resolve minor technical issues. If you're a team player ready to work a 3-shift schedule, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Production oversight: manage the operation of machines producing EPS products, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Machine tuning: adjust components and monitor parameters to maintain optimal production flow.
• Technical collaboration: work closely with the technical department to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Quality control: inspect products and equipment, upholding our commitment to excellence.
• Continuous improvement: actively participate in initiatives to enhance company operations and sustainability.

• Monthly salary: €3,150 - €3,400.
• The possibility of a permanent contract.
• Fulltime, 38-40 hours per week.
