About the position
As an operator in a 3-shift system, you will contribute to the smooth and safe operation of our production processes at our innovative facility in Wijchen. With your technical insight and attention to detail, you ensure that our modern machinery runs efficiently and that the quality of our sustainable products meets our high standards. You’ll encounter a variety of tasks, from machine setup and operation to quality checks and identifying areas for improvement.
What You Will Do:
- set up, operate, and adjust production machines to ensure an efficient workflow
- perform quality checks and monitor product quality according to company standards
- replenish the production line and maintain a consistent flow of materials
- reconfigure machines and production lines for new production orders
- identify malfunctions and perform minor technical maintenance

Job Requirements
We are looking for a precise and independent operator with technical insight who thrives in a 3-shift system.
- MBO level of education, preferably in a technical field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an operator.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
- Basic Dutch skills would be a plus, learning Dutch is also good!
- Proactive mindset and keen attention to detail.
