About the position
As a sandblaster in our two-shift operation, you will play an integral role in ensuring the quality and durability of our metal products. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you’ll use your technical skills to prepare and treat metal surfaces with precision and care. Your expertise in grit and corundum blasting, along with your attention to detail, will contribute to a smooth production process and high-quality results. What You Will Do:
- Prepare: clean and ready metal surfaces according to quality standards.
- Operate: handle the blasting equipment with precision to ensure efficient production.
- Apply: use schoopeertechnieken to protect products against wear and corrosion.
- Inspect: perform quality checks to meet customer expectations and standards.
- Collaborate: work closely with your team to maintain a safe and professional workplace.

- Monthly salary between €3,500 and €3,700 (40 hours, incl. shift allowance).
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role in two shifts (40 hours per week).

Job Requirements
We are looking for a precise and motivated sandblaster with a passion for quality and teamwork.
- Experience in metal preservation and grit/corundum blasting
- Knowledge of schoopering techniques is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and/or English
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- Experience with overhead cranes is an advantage
