About the position
As a factory worker at Mauser in Oosterhout, you will contribute to the production of high-quality industrial packaging, such as plastic barrels and jerrycans, used by companies worldwide. This role involves hands-on tasks in a modern, clean, and safety-focused environment. You’ll stay active throughout your shift, ensuring precision and efficiency in the production process while collaborating with a supportive team. What You Will Do:
- Assemble: plastic containers to ensure they are secure and ready for use.
- Inspect: products for quality and identify any defects or irregularities.
- Organize: items by stacking, wrapping, and preparing them for shipment.
- Maintain: a clean, safe, and organized workspace to support smooth operations.
- Report: minor issues or irregularities to your supervisor promptly.
What we offer
- Monthly salary between €3,100 and €3,200
- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment
- Flexibele fulltime or parttime posibilities
- 28% shift bonus — earn up to €22.21 per hour!
- 8.33% profit-sharing bonus on all hours worked
- Travel allowance for your commute
Job Requirements
- Physically fit for active, physical work in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in production or factory environment
- Comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights
- Fluent in English or Dutch for effective communication
- Reliable transportation to Oosterhout for consistent attendance
