About the position
As an orderpicker with EPT at Geodis in Venlo, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient processing of thousands of products in our modern warehouse. Your role is essential in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, labeled, and prepared for shipment. You will work in a dynamic, international team where safety, collaboration, and personal growth are highly valued. With guidance during your first weeks, you’ll quickly become familiar with our processes and tools, including the use of an electric pallet truck (EPT) and hand scanner.
What You Will Do:
- pick orders: accurately collect items from the warehouse using a hand scanner
- label products: ensure all items are correctly labeled and checked for accuracy
- prepare shipments: stack pallets and organize goods for timely dispatch
- operate equipment: use an electric pallet truck (EPT) for internal goods transport
- maintain safety: keep your workspace clean and adhere to safety guidelines

- Hourly salary: €14.98 + €0.19 ADV allowance.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role: 40 hours per week (32 hours guaranteed).
- 35% shift allowance after 19:00.
- Overtime compensation for additional hours worked.
- Travel allowance up to €11.50 per day.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented order picker with EPT experience to join our dynamic team in Venlo.
- Experience working with an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT)
- Ability to request a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
- Physically fit for standing and lifting tasks
- Fluent in Dutch, English, or German
- Own transportation and residence near Venlo
