Industrial Painter

Are you an experienced industrial painter who prioritizes precision? Then we are looking for you!

As an industrial painter, you play an essential role in delivering perfectly painted trailers to our customers. Your responsibility is to timely deliver a painted trailer that meets the highest standards.

What does your typical workday look like?
Your tasks include preparing the trailer (degreasing, caulking, removing weld spatters, blowing off, and masking), applying gloss paints and coatings, performing quality controls on the end product, and, of course, cleaning materials and the workplace. Inventory management and accurate order control are also crucial. In this role, actively participating in process improvements is appreciated. A strong work ethic is definitely valued.

You will work in a pleasant working environment where your input is appreciated. In addition, you can expect the following:

• A monthly salary between €3075 and €3185 gross based on a 40-hour workweek including shift allowances;
• Entitlement to 8.33% holiday pay and a travel allowance (for distances between 10 km and 40 km);
• A varied position with the prospect of a permanent contract;
• 25 vacation days and 13 ATV (additional days off) days, meaning you have a total of 38 days off per year.

• You are willing to work in shifts;
• You have extensive experience with 2-component and electrostatic spraying;
• You have experience in construction, chassis, or automotive;
