About the position
As an industrial spray painter, you’ll be an essential part of our conservation team, ensuring our metal products meet the highest standards of durability and quality. Your expertise will directly contribute to the rust resistance and finishing of our products, making them ready for the next stages of production. Working alongside a team of 20 skilled professionals, you’ll thrive in an environment that values precision, collaboration, and craftsmanship.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare metal surfaces for spray painting, ensuring they are clean and ready for treatment.
- Apply high-quality spray coatings to achieve a durable and consistent finish.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet our rigorous standards.
- Operate and maintain spray painting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain a safe workspace.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Spray Painter who thrives in a dynamic metalworking environment and values quality craftsmanship.
- Experience with metal conservation and grit-corundum blasting.
- Familiarity with schoopering process is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Own accommodation and reliable transport are required.
- Willingness to work in shifts is essential.
