About the position
As a Inventory Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our high-tech and structured warehouse operations in a secure environment within the bank and defense sector. This isn’t your typical warehouse role—your precision, analytical skills, and attention to detail will ensure seamless inventory processes while adhering to strict safety protocols. Working with high tag tokens and specialized equipment, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and supporting critical operations.
Your responsibilities include:- Conducting daily cycle counts and analyzing inventory discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
- Processing inventory movements in the ERP system (Oracle) and preparing components for production orders.
- Receiving and inspecting goods across various warehouse locations while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Managing defective items and overseeing the RMA/MRB process in line with established procedures.
- Preparing monthly inventory reports and monitoring packaging materials and expiration dates.
What we offer
- Hourly salary between €15 and €19.46, based on your experience.
- A temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
- A full-time role of 40 hours per week.
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented and structured professional with a strong background in inventory management and analytical skills.
- MBO 4 diploma in logistics or equivalent.
- Experience with inventory management and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong command of English (Dutch is a plus).
- Available on short notice and eligible for a VOG.
