About the position
As a logistics worker night shifts at Versvishandel, you will contribute to the efficient flow of our operations during the night. You’ll work in both deep-freeze and fresh storage areas, ensuring that our premium seafood products are handled with care and precision. Your role is essential in maintaining the quality and timely delivery of our goods, all while adhering to safety and hygiene standards. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment.
What You Will Do:
- Organizing: efficiently and accurately placing items in the correct locations within the storage areas.
- Inspecting: checking products for quality, damages, and expiration dates to maintain high standards.
- Picking: preparing customer orders using a hand scanner and ensuring they are ready for transport.
- Collaborating: working closely with your team to ensure a smooth and efficient logistics process.
- Adapting: handling flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable logistics professional to strengthen our night shift team in Amsterdam.
- Available for flexible shifts between 18:00-03:00.
- Experience with physically demanding logistics work.
- Proactive team player with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in Dutch or English communication.
- MBO Level 1 education or equivalent experience.
