About the position
As a Logistics Operator, you are the link between the warehouse and production. You make sure that raw materials and finished products are always in the right place at the right time - whether for internal departments or ready for shipment to customers.Your job is a mix of about 50% logistics (e.g. driving a reach truck) and 50% production-related tasks (weighing and preparing raw materials). You will work with modern systems such as SAP, RF scanners, and MARCO weighing stations, and you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across departments.

- Weighing and processing raw materials according to production orders
- Labelling goods with the correct (hazard) labels
- Moving, scanning, and storing pallets using a reach truck
- Processing orders in MARCO and SAP
- Coordinating with other departments via email and internal systems
- Following strict safety and quality procedures
- 07:00 – 15:00 / 15:00 – 23:0 / 23:00 – 07:00 (if you choose night shift)
What we offer
- Gross hourly wage of €17.91 (excluding shift allowance)
- 14.5% shift allowance (2 shifts) or 20.5% (3 shifts) on every worked hour
- 13th month, 25 vacation days, and 8.33% holiday pay
- Contract with IFF after 6 months (upon good performance)
- Training opportunities and additional truck certifications (e.g. combi or forklift)
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per km
- Affordable, well-prepared lunches in the company cafeteria
Job Requirements
- Experience in logistics or production (e.g. as warehouse or production worker)
- At least 2 years’ experience with a reachtruck
- Physically fit: able to lift bags up to 15 kg
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good command of English or Dutch (minimum B1 level)
- No allergies to fragrances or strong scents
