About the position
As a logistics order picker/packer at UPS in Roermond, you will play an important role in ensuring our logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where precision, teamwork, and quality are key. Using tools like electric pallet trucks, barcode scanners, and systems such as SAP and WMS, you will handle (medical) products with care and accuracy. This role requires attention to detail, flexibility, and a proactive mindset to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
What You Will Do:
- Inspecting: you check incoming goods and perform quality control to ensure everything meets the required standards.
- Picking and packing: you collect orders and carefully package them to be shipment-ready.
- Processing orders: you ensure all orders are complete and correctly prepared for dispatch.
- Registering: you accurately log incoming and outgoing goods in the system using SAP and WMS.
- Loading and unloading: you handle goods with electric pallet trucks and barcode scanners, ensuring smooth operations.

- Hourly salary: €15.40 - €19.25 gross.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role, 32-40 hours per week.
- 25% evening shift allowance after 19:00.
- Travel allowance up to €9.47 per day.

Job Requirements

- MBO 1 diploma or equivalent educational level.
- Experience in healthcare or logistics is a plus.
- Available for 2- or 3-shift schedules (06:00-00:00).
- Proficient with electric pallet trucks and barcode scanners.
- Strong focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
