Operator 3 Shifts

As a packaging operator at Perfetti Van Melle, you play a crucial role in the production of the iconic Mentos candy. Your efforts ensure that our products reach customers worldwide in perfect condition. You will be responsible for keeping the packaging process running efficiently while maintaining strict quality standards. If you have experience operating machinery and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you!Your responsibilities:

• Oversee the packaging line, troubleshoot minor malfunctions, and collaborate with the technical team for more complex issues;
• Work closely with fellow operators to ensure a smooth production process and assist where needed;
• Keep the production line supplied with materials to prevent interruptions;
• Conduct quality checks, identify deviations, report issues, and suggest improvements.

• Salary: €3,200 – €3,600 per month (including shift allowances);
• Shift allowance: 20% extra pay per worked hour;

• Previous experience as a packaging operator, with the ability to operate and maintain multiple machines;
• Interest in the food industry and a strong understanding of quality and safety standards;
• Availability to work in a 3-shift rotation.
