About the position
As an operator in the Liquid Compounding department, you will work with raw materials that are collected, weighed, and processed into high-quality flavorings. Using a mobile station – equipped with a computer and scale – you carefully prepare recipes. Depending on the order, you may work with ten, but sometimes even thirty different ingredients. You ensure the process runs safely, accurately, and efficiently. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop further in working with automated systems, performing quality checks, and working with specific product groups.

- Collecting and weighing raw materials using a mobile station (computer & scale);
- Processing ingredients into semi-finished or finished products according to recipes;
- Checking and labeling raw materials with the correct (hazard) labels;
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized workplace;
- Working according to strict quality and safety procedures;
- Collaborating with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth production processes.
- Morning: 07:00 – 15:00
- Afternoon: 15:00 – 23:00
- Night: 23:00 – 07:00
What we offer
- Gross hourly wage €17.91 (excl. shift allowance);
- 20.5% shift allowance on all worked hours;
- 13th month salary + 8.33% holiday allowance + 25 vacation days per year;

- Travel allowance: €0.21 per km (from 10 km one-way);

Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a production employee or (junior) operator;
- Willingness to work in a 3 shift schedule;
- Good command of Dutch or English (minimum B1 level);
- Physically fit (regularly moving large containers);
- Accurate, responsible, and detail-oriented;
- No objection to working with fragrant substances.
