About the position
As a packaging operator, you will contribute to the efficient and smooth operation of our packaging processes at our production site in Breda. You will work in a three-shift system, ensuring that our high-quality standards are consistently met. With your technical skills and problem-solving mindset, you will handle machine setups, resolve malfunctions, and adapt to changing production demands. Collaboration with colleagues and other departments will be key to maintaining an effective workflow.
What you will do:
- Operate and set up: both automated and manual packaging machines to ensure a seamless process.
- Perform quality checks: and document any deviations in line with established guidelines.
- Resolve malfunctions: and carry out minor maintenance tasks in collaboration with the technical department.
- Change over production lines: when adjustments are required for different products or packaging needs.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness: by ensuring a safe and organized working environment at all times.

- Gross monthly salary between €3500 and €3750.
- Temporary contract with a view to a permanent position.
- Full-time role in a three-shift system (Monday till Friday).
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented operator who thrives in a dynamic production environment and is eager to grow within the food industry.
- Experience as an operator, preferably in packaging departments.
- Full-time availability in a three-shift system.
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or English, spoken and written.
- Own transportation to our location in Breda.
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and team-oriented.
