About the position
As a picker packer, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse in Venlo. Your role involves handling products from renowned brands ensuring they are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment with precision. Working in a dynamic environment, you will rotate between shifts and collaborate with a large team to meet daily targets. Your logistics experience, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently will be key to your success in this role.
What You Will Do:
- Order picking: accurately selecting items based on customer orders.
- Packaging: preparing products for shipment, ensuring they are securely packed.
- Quality control: checking products for any defects or discrepancies before dispatch.
- Collaboration: working closely with colleagues to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Warehouse software: using digital tools to manage inventory and track orders.

- Gross hourly salary of €14.40
- Full-time employment, 40 hours per week.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and reliable logistics professional who thrives in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in English, German, or Dutch communication.
- Available for rotating shifts: 7:00-16:00, 9:00-18:00, 11:30-20:30. When you work after 19:00 you will get 35 % extra.
- Full-time availability with a commitment to long-term employment.
- Own transportation and accommodation near Venlo.
- Previous logistics experience, including order picking and packing.
