About the position
As a packaging operator at FrieslandCampina in Leerdam, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our automated packaging lines in a dynamic 3-shift system. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our processes, while adhering to H.A.C.C.P. guidelines. You’ll have the opportunity to apply and expand your technical expertise, working closely with an experienced team in a collaborative environment.
What You Will Do:
- Operate: the packaging line to ensure a seamless and efficient production process.
- Identify: technical issues and collaborate with your team or technical experts to resolve them.
- Perform: scheduled maintenance to keep machinery in optimal condition.
- Monitor: product quality to ensure compliance with H.A.C.C.P. standards.
- Record: production data accurately to maintain clear and reliable documentation.

- Gross monthly salary of €2650, excluding shift allowance (30 to 40% extra)
- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- Full-time role of 36 hours per week in 3 shifts.
- Travel allowance of €0.23/km, up to €13.60/day.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a technically skilled operator who thrives in a collaborative and quality-focused environment.
- MBO-level education in food technology or similar field.
- Experience in the dairy industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P. guidelines is essential.
- Full-time availability for a 3-shift system.
- Basic English proficiency; Dutch language skills preferred.
