About the position
As a logistics employe at GLS in Enschede, you will contribute to the smooth processing of incoming and outgoing goods. Your role is hands-on and requires physical strength, teamwork, and attention to detail. You’ll play an active part in ensuring packages are sorted and delivered on time, all while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys dynamic work and early mornings, with flexible hours that fit perfectly around other commitments like school.
What You Will Do:
- Order picking: accurately collect, sort, and process packages for delivery.
- lifting packages up to 23 kg.
- Loading and unloading: efficiently and safely load and unload trucks.
- Team collaboration: participate in brief team meetings to kickstart the day.
- Ensure safety: follow safety guidelines and use protective gear as required.
- Maintain efficiency: contribute to a streamlined workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours:
- Monday: 05:30 – 08:30
- Tuesday to Friday: 05:00 – 08:30
