About the position
As a picker-packer at Geodis, you’ll ensure smooth logistics operations by accurately collecting, packing, and inspecting customer orders. You’ll organize products for dispatch while maintaining a safe and tidy workspace. Your attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines will be essential in delivering high-quality service.
You’ll join a collaborative team at our Venlo location, where clear instructions and structured workspaces support your daily tasks. With training provided, you’ll quickly adapt to our processes and tools, including scanners and basic systems. Together with your team, you’ll tackle challenges efficiently, ensuring every order meets our customers’ expectations.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented logistics professional.
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics or warehouse roles
- Proficiency in Dutch, English, and/or German
- Physically fit for standing and lifting tasks
- Experience with scanners and basic computer systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
