About the position
As a production employee at our international pharmaceutical company in Breda, you’ll contribute to ensuring the quality and precision of our products. Working in a structured 2-shift schedule, your attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols will play a key role in maintaining our high standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is comfortable with repetitive tasks that require focus and accuracy.
What You Will Do:
- Unpacking and repacking: carefully separate defective units from good ones to maintain product quality.
- Placing products: position units on designated docks for further processing.
- Maintaining accuracy: focus on repetitive tasks to ensure precision and consistency in your work.
- Following safety protocols: adhere to safety instructions and use protective equipment as required.
- Communicating effectively: work seamlessly with your team in either Dutch or English without relying on translation tools.
