Production Employee

As a production worker in the 5-shift system, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our production process at Mauser Benelux BV. You'll face challenges such as maintaining high-quality standards and troubleshooting machine malfunctions. Experience in a production environment and flexibility in working hours are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Quality control: inspect the plastic drums to ensure they meet our high-quality standards before dispatch to customers
• Finishing: fit lids and caps, and remove flaps from the drums
• Stacking: arrange the drums neatly and safely for storage and transport
• Maintenance: address and resolve machine malfunctions to minimize downtime
• Adaptability: work morning, afternoon, and night shifts in accordance with the 5-shift schedule

• Monthly salary range of €3100 - €3200 (including shift allowance), reflecting your dedication and hard work.
• Stable employment outlook with a temporary contract leading to a permanent position.
• Full-time role with an average of 33.6 hours per week in a 5-shift rotation, ensuring work-life balance.
