About the position
As a production employee at Mauser, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality plastic drums used globally. Working in a 5-shift system, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring that each product meets the required quality standards. This position offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where teamwork, safety, and efficiency are key. With on-the-job training, you’ll quickly learn the processes and tasks, making you an integral part of the production team.
What You Will Do:
- Secure: tighten lids and caps on plastic containers to ensure proper sealing
- Trim: remove excess plastic to meet quality requirements
- Organize: stack and move finished products to the correct locations
- Inspect: perform quality checks according to procedures
- Collaborate: work together with colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient workplace

Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and reliable team player who thrives in a dynamic production environment.
- MBO 4 education level or equivalent experience.
- Physically fit for fast-paced, hands-on tasks.
- Willingness to work in a 5-shift schedule.
- Proficient in Dutch and/or English (minimum level B1).
- Quick learner with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
