Production Employee Design

You’ll keep things running smoothly, make sure the machines stay well-oiled, and ensure that only the best results roll out. In short: you know how to handle things properly and finish the job just right.

Your Responsibilities:

🍆 Material Management – keeping everything well-stocked so no one comes up short.
🎛️ Machine Operation – setting up, keeping things running, and applying the right amount of lubrication when needed.
👀 Quality Control – inspecting closely and making sure only the best products come out.
📦 Packing & Labeling – wrapping things up nice and tight, with everything in the right place.
💪 Teamwork & Safety – keeping the workspace clean, safe, and efficient (but a little mess doesn’t scare you).

💰 Salary of €16.74 per hour (including 15.43% shift allowance – a nice little bonus).
📄 Temporary contract with the chance of a long-term commitment (if we click, we’ll want to keep you around).

🚗 Travel allowance from 10 km one-way – we appreciate you making the effort.

We need a production worker who knows how to handle their tools and isn’t afraid of some hard work.

✔️ MBO 2/3 level of education or experience.
✔️ Full-time availability for 2 shift schedules:
Morning shift: 6:00 - 14:00
Afternoon shift: 13:30 - 21:30
✔️ Good command of Dutch or English – because communication is key.
✔️ Ready to start immediately, and flexible – we love people who don’t make things complicated.
✔️ Comfortable standing for long periods in a noisy environment – you can handle a little action.
