Production Operator

At Amgen Netherlands we are looking for an enthusiastic Production Operator to join our team. In this role you will work within the ABR-manufacturing department and be part of our flexible central force. You will have the unique opportunity to work on various production lines, from fully automated to manual.

What will you do?

• Operate production lines according to operational procedures.
• Actively collaborate and communicate with fellow operators and the line leader to achieve our goals together.
• Continuously looking for improvements and efficiency within the work processes.
• Escalate when necessary and take responsibility for all tasks and results.
• Actively participate in shift handover.
• Ensure that all training sessions are attended on time.

• 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceutical or GMP/GDP environment.
• Experience working to standard operating processes.
• Experience working with colleagues from different countries.
• Understanding of what continuous improvement means for your role.
• MBO level 2 education.
• Good knowledge of the English language (reading, writing and speaking).
