About the position
As a productiemedewerker at Scheuten Glas in Venlo, you will play an active role in crafting high-quality building, insulation, and safety glass. Working in a 2-shift system, you will collaborate with a dedicated team, operate advanced machinery, and ensure the smooth flow of production. What You Will Do:
- Operate and set up: machines like cutting machines, bending machines, and automated production lines to ensure efficient production.
- Inspect quality: by performing visual checks and measuring glass sheets for thickness and dimensions to meet quality standards.
- Maintain safety: by adhering to safety guidelines and keeping your workstation clean and organized.
- Assist with heavy tasks: such as lifting and moving glass using tools like suction cups and lifting aids.
- Rotate between workstations: to learn various processes and remain flexible within the team.

- An hourly wage of €17.88, including shift allowance.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- A full-time workweek of at least 38 hours.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.
- Quarterly bonus scheme up to €2,500 gross annually.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated production worker eager to grow and thrive in a collaborative 2-shift environment.
- Experience with industrial machines (preferred).
