About the position
As a potential operator at Aalberts Almere, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth production processes and maintaining high product quality. Working in a dynamic and innovative environment, you will use your technical skills and precision to assemble products, perform quality checks, and contribute to process improvements. What You Will Do:
- Assemble: assemble complex products and components based on technical drawings and work instructions.
- Test: perform electrical connections and test products using measurement tools like calipers and multimeters.
- Inspect: identify, correct, and report deviations to ensure consistent quality standards.
- Document: record material usage, hours, and rejections in the ERP system for accurate tracking.
- Support: assist and coach less experienced colleagues while contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

- Gross monthly salary of €3550.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
