About the position

As a production worker in the assembly department, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our machines are ready for transport. Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll contribute to preparing transport packaging and wooden constructions, making a tangible impact on our operations.
Your responsibilities include:- Preparing various types of machines for transport in collaboration with your team.
- Creating and assembling transport packaging and wooden constructions.
- Ensuring all packaging meets the required technical and safety standards.
- Identifying and implementing improvements in packaging processes.
- Maintaining clear communication with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a hands-on team player with technical skills and a proactive mindset to join our innovative production team.
- Hold a valid VCA and forklift certificate, or willing to obtain these on short notice
- Experience in technical or construction production (wood preferred).
- Strong technical and spatial insight, with problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator, able to ask questions and clarify tasks.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
