About the position
As a production employee at an international pharmaceutical company in Breda, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products. Your work directly contributes to improving lives worldwide, as you’ll be part of a team dedicated to innovation and precision. This is a full-time position in a structured 2-shift schedule, where attention to detail and effective communication are key to success.
Your responsibilities will include:- Unpacking and repacking products while carefully separating defective units from good ones.
- Placing units on designated docks for further processing.
- Maintaining focus and accuracy during repetitive tasks to ensure product quality.
- Following safety protocols, including the use of protective equipment and adherence to instructions.
- Communicating effectively in either Dutch or English without reliance on translation tools to ensure seamless teamwork.
