About the position
As a Productionworker / Forklift driver at Rockwool, you will contribute to a seamless production process in a dynamic and safety-focused environment. Your role combines operating a forklift with supporting different production activities, all while collaborating closely with your team. Flexibility and attention to detail are essential as you work in rotating shifts, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high safety standards.
There are 2 work options at Rockwool:
- "Losse planning": you can indicate how many hours and when you can work a week.
- Full time job in a 3- or 5 shift rotation in a permanent team.
What You Will Do:
- Forklift operations: loading, unloading, and moving materials efficiently within the production area.
- Production support: assisting with machine operations and ensuring a steady workflow, different tasks like packing or cleaning.
- Workplace maintenance: keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Team collaboration: participating in briefings and ensuring smooth handovers with colleagues.
- Flexible scheduling: working in 5-shift rotations and aligning your availability with the planning team.

- In "losse planning" 8 hours a day a hourly salary of €16.01 ,- plus shift allowances with a maximum of 57%
- Full time, in 5 shifts - average 33.5 hours per week - € 19,- plus shift allowance 28,5%
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Flexible working hours between 24 and 40 hours per week.
