About the position
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will ensure an optimal balance between supply and demand. You monitor the availability of raw materials, prevent shortages, and collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve bottlenecks. You will also have the opportunity to improve processes, helping to build a more efficient and reliable supply chain.

- Align short- and long-term requirements with global supply and demand;
- Lead meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers to discuss forecasts and bottlenecks;
- Monitor and coordinate material flows between procurement, storage, production, and distribution;
- Optimize inventory levels and reduce obsolete stock;
- Solve material shortages together with material coordinators and supply chain managers;
- Improve product availability and turnover rates;
- Proactively enhance planning processes and tools;
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure reliability and compliance with agreements.
What we offer
- A temporary full-time position (± 6 months);
- Salary in accordance with the IFF collective labor agreement;
- 8.33% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days per year (on ratio, based on full-time employment);
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer;
- Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday during office hours;

Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain planning or a similar role;
- Strong command of Dutch and/or English (both spoken and written, minimum C1 level);
- Advanced skills in Excel and other MS Office tools;
- Experience with SAP, APO, or MRP systems is a plus;
- Resilient under pressure, analytical, and able to set priorities;
- Strong communication skills and a true team player.
