Technical production employee

As a technical production employee you will contribute to the heart of Codi Group's production process, crafting high-quality wet wipes that reach over 40 countries. You'll be challenged to hone your technical skills in a dynamic setting, ensuring the seamless operation of our modern machinery. This role calls for a proactive individual with a stable personality, a drive to develop more in the operator craft, and a willingness to embrace shift work. If you're fluent in Dutch and/or English and eager to learn, you'll fit right in with our dedicated team!

Responsibilities:

• Operation: setting up and operating machines to produce wet wipes.
• Maintenance: performing basic maintenance tasks and troubleshooting minor issues.
• Quality: monitoring product quality and making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaboration: actively participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive work atmosphere.
• Learning: engaging in internal training to enhance your technical knowledge and skills.

• Monthly gross salary of around €2.950,-(including shift allowance)
• Temporary contract with a prospect of permanent employment.
• Full-time 40-hour work week.
• Travel allowance of €0,23 per kilometer
• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days for work-life balance.
• Paid breaks!
• Vacation allowance of 8% with the possibility to be paid out at any given moment.

You are technical experienced, precise in your work and you are eager to learn and develop your skills, further more you are fulltime available to work in a three shift schedule. 

• Full-time availability, stable personality
• Passionate about the operator profession
• Minimum age of 18 for machine operation
• Willing to work in 3-shifts: 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00/22:00-06:00
• Proficient in Dutch and/or English
