We are seeking entry-level operators for the "Scent" department. What makes this department unique is the constant variety in production. No day is the same! Work alongside a team of 24 enthusiastic colleagues in a 5 shift system.

Your tasks will include:

• Gathering fragrances for customers in the food industry;
• Operating and monitoring machines and scanners;
• Mixing and weighing raw materials;
• Adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

• Gross hourly wage of €19.42 on a full-time basis, excluding supplements;
• Shift allowance of 30% on top of your gross hourly wage for all shifts;
• Long-term employment opportunity: the intention is to eventually transition to a permanent contract with IFF;
• 13th month bonus, 25 vacation days, travel reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometer, and pension build-up starting from your first week of work.

• Proficient in Dutch and/or English for effective communication;
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system;
• Precision is essential, especially in accurately weighing and dispensing powders and liquids;
• Comfortable working with chemicals, including strong chemical odors.
