About the position
As an upcoming operator in the Scent department at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, you will play an important role in creating high-quality fragrance components used in products worldwide. You will work with a mobile weighing station to collect, weigh, and process raw materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every step. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a 5-shift system while maintaining safety and quality standards.
What You Will Do:
- Collecting: raw materials according to recipes using a mobile weighing station.
- Weighing: and processing ingredients with precision, sometimes up to 30 per batch.
- Mixing: and preparing fragrance materials for further processing.
- Operating: and monitoring equipment to ensure smooth production.
- Maintaining: a safe, clean, and organized workplace while following all safety and quality regulations.

- Monthly salary starting at €3,900.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role, 33-40 hours per week in a 5-shift system.
- 30% shift allowance on all hours worked.
- 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance annually.
- 13 ADV days and a 13th month in a flex budget.
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per km.

- Direct contract with IFF after the initial period.
Job Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated operator eager to grow in a dynamic 5-shift production environment.
- Proficient in Dutch and/or English (minimum level B2).
- At least 3 years of recent experience in production or operations.
- Physically fit; able to handle tasks up to 25 kg.
- Comfortable working with fragrances and chemical substances.
- Willing to work in a structured 5-shift system.
