About the position
As a Warehouse Associate, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse in Schiedam. Working closely with a small, dedicated team of 1 colleague, you’ll ensure that incoming and outgoing goods are processed efficiently and accurately. This role requires a hands-on mentality, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain safety and organization in a dynamic environment. Your experience with warehouse operations, including tasks like order picking, organizing inventory, and adhering to safety protocols, will be key to your success.
What You Will Do:
- Order processing: collecting and packing orders according to order lists.
- Receiving goods: unloading incoming pallets and checking deliveries against packing slips.
- Inventory management: storing and organizing goods in the correct warehouse locations.
- Workplace safety: maintaining a clean, safe workspace and following safety procedures.
- Shipment preparation: preparing goods for transport and coordinating with couriers for timely delivery.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a reliable and adaptable logistics professional.
- MBO level 3 education or equivalent work experience.
- Warehouse experience is a plus, not mandatory.
- Forklift experience or certification preferred but not required.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving goods.
- Available for a temporary 1-month contract.
